SOMZ Consultants is a reputed National Consulting Firm established in 2011 by a group of multi-disciplined intellectuals. It works in close collaboration and coordination with GOB, NGOs, Development Partners (DPs) and private sectors to supplements and complements the nation building efforts in the field of development planning. It is registered with Dhaka City Corporation (South). SOMZ Consultants conducts its operational management using a Central office in Dhaka, which is organized in three units: Program Management, Finance and Administration, Training Research and Survey Units. The central office is responsible for strategic decision-making process, training human resources development and other planning and policy making matters. The Chief Operating Officer (CEO) of SOMZ Consultants is overall responsible for the company and Chief Consultant of the firm is responsible for planning, organizing, implementation, monitoring and supervision of the organizational activities. There is also an Advisory Board which assists the CEO and Chief Consultant to make policy decision and implementation of the organization activities.
